We are excited to get started with a small, but close to our hearts, project to renovate sleeping quarters at the White Rock Fire Department. We sincerely appreciate what our brave firefighting men and women do and how they risk their lives every day, so we were honored when they hired us to take on the task.
It is all walled up, doors are in place and paint work is currently in progress.
Ahead of our schedule, we are ready to start a sound barrier insulation installation and drywall phase of the project! All the "serious stuff" that needs to go behind the walls are now completed. A new HVAC system, upgraded sprinkler system and electrical wirings, including one for new audio speaker in each of the 4 new rooms for dispatch, are done and ready.
This renovation has been meticulously planned to optimize space and create a welcoming atmosphere for the firefighters. We are very proud to be able to provide the first responders who serve our community with a rejuvenating and supportive living environment that acknowledges and appreciates their unwavering commitment to public safety.
As part of this project, we are demolishing the existing 3 bunk rooms and building 4 new sleeping quarters with a few comfort-adding features, including electrical rework, HVAC system and sprinkler line upgrades. Oh, did we mention all new flooring will be installed throughout as well?
Here are a few photos of where we are starting from and we will be updating this page with completed work in near future.
