Structural addition is a great way to increase your home's footprint

Your family is growing and your home is starting to feel bit smaller and smaller every day? Yet, you love your neighborhood and don't want to move. Consider increasing your home's square footage and footprint by adding new structures to it. We've just completed doing exactly that!

This home, originally 2,200 square feet, has been expanded to an impressive 2,800 square feet by adding 2-story new structures to it, consisting of a huge 40' x 16' master bedroom and ensuite with vaulted ceiling, drive-through garage and large covered deck with vaulted ceiling and skylights.

This was super fun project that required us to showcase and render all disciplines of renovations and construction expertise we offer, from the meticulous exterior and interior renovations to the intricate work in framing, concrete forming, roofing, painting, and electrical installations, we left no detail overlooked. Additionally, our comprehensive contributions extended to include bathroom remodeling, drywall installation, ductwork, insulation, and the custom installation of striking timber posts and beams, each adding a touch of timeless elegance to the property.

And the most rewarding part is we've earned trusts of two more homeowners through our quality work.
